With a passion for child protection and survivor advocacy, I bring a unique blend of hands-on experience, leadership, and policy expertise to safeguarding children and strengthening organizations.

As a former teacher and safety culture leader at Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas, I witnessed firsthand the critical importance of robust child protection measures. Over the years, I’ve trained staff, developed policies, and managed screening processes, gaining deep insight into the complexities of preventing child abuse within organizations. This work solidified my commitment to equipping leaders with the tools, knowledge, and systems needed to create safe environments.

Currently, I am further expanding my expertise by pursuing a Master’s in Social Work, specializing in mental health, trauma, and advocacy. This advanced training allows me to not only help organizations prevent abuse but also guide them in responding with trauma-informed care that fosters healing and resilience for survivors.
